Even Whoopi Admits NY Post Cover Calling DeSantis ‘DeFuture’ Is ‘Hysterical’

Whoopi Goldberg, liberal host of ABC’s “The View,” conceded on Wednesday that even she saw the humor in the New York Post’s post-election cover declaring Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was “DeFuture.”

Goldberg and most of her co-hosts — with the occasional exception of Republican co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin — have often attacked DeSantis, complaining that he is bad for Florida and suggesting that he would be bad for the country if he were to run for president in the future.

But even as co-host Joy Behar lamented the fact that DeSantis delivered a de facto routing to Democratic challenger Charlie Crist, Goldberg admitted that the Post’s cover was “hysterical.”
